  • Bins pricing starts at $425.00 + tax and includes:

    • 5-day bin rental with in city limits

    • Up to 2 tones of landfill charges

    Additional information:

    • Extra weight is billed per tone; rates vary by city — please contact us for exact pricing in your area.

    • Extended rentals available for an added daily fee of $25.00.

    • Hazardous materials (paint, solvents, asbestos, tires, batteries, etc.) are not accepted in the bin.

    • Bin placement requires clear access; obstructions or special placement requests may incur additional charges.

    • Delivery and pickup scheduling subject to availability; weekend or same-day service may incur surcharges.

  • Bin Rental with Dedicated Driver and Labourers (Multiple Landfill Trips)

    Price: $2,000.00 + tax

    What’s included

    • Up to 2 labourers.

    • Dedicated driver to make multiple trips to the local landfill as required.

    • Up to $300.00 in landfill fees included.

    • Up to 6 hours of uninterrupted time.

    Additional charges

    • Any landfill fees beyond the included $300.00 will be billed extra.

    • Additional charges may apply for wait times, extra trips beyond what’s reasonably expected within the 9:00 AM–3:00 PM window, or special handling of hazardous/regulated materials. Hazardous/regulated items cannot be accepted without prior arrangement.

    • Charges may apply for extraordinary access issues, heavy lifts requiring special equipment, or disposal of oversized/over spec items.

    Booking & logistics

    • Please confirm pickup and drop-off address, expected load type, and any restricted items before booking.

    • $500.00 deposit required to secure the booking.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees; notify us as soon as possible.

    • To get an accurate total estimate, provide the expected bin size, approximate weight/volume, and a list of items to be discarded.

    Notes & restrictions

    • Service is scheduled within a standard 9:00 AM–3:00 PM window. Multiple landfill trips are coordinated by the dedicated driver as needed during that time.

    • We cannot accept hazardous or regulated materials without prior approval and special arrangements. Common restricted items include: paints and solvents, compressed gas cylinders, certain electronics, asbestos, and biological waste. Confirm any questionable items before booking.

    • If the job requires more than 6 hours uninterrupted or additional labour, we will provide an updated quote before proceeding.

    • Type of Move: Whether you're moving your home, an office, or a specialty item, the type of move will impact the pricing structure.

    • Mileage: The distance between your current location and your destination plays a crucial role. Closer moves, especially within the city limits, will generally be less expensive than long-distance transfers.

    • City Limits vs. Out of Town: Moves within the city limits typically have different rates compared to those requiring travel outside the city. Out-of-town moves involve additional considerations, such as travel time and fuel costs.

Demolition Services

  • Property owners are responsible for ensuring that all their respective paperwork is in order. This includes but is not limited to titles, leases, permits, and any other documentation associated with property ownership. Keeping these documents organized is essential for smooth transactions, whether you are renting, selling, or managing a property.

    Any by-law work orders pertaining to demolition must be submitted in full. This includes all applicable documentation related to the approval and regulations governing the demolition process. Please ensure that these copies are clear and legible to facilitate a smooth review.

  • Interior demolition

    Pricing

    • Daily rate: $2,500.00 + Tax per day (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Includes:

      • 3 laboure’s

      • Personal protective equipment (PPE)

      • On-site garbage bin

      • Up to $300.00 in disposal fees

      • One-time trip to landfill

        EXTRAS

    • Extra time: $55.00 per hour, per laborer + tax

    • Extra Bin and landfill charges: $425.00 + Tax for regular garbage

    General demo projects

    • Projects requiring a detailed scope are subject to an estimate.

    • First-site visit: 30 minutes free of charge. Additional time or follow-up visits will be billed as an estimate or per applicable hourly rates.

    Project management

    • Hourly rate: $85.00 + tax

    Notes and terms

    • Work hours for the daily rate are 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Overtime or work outside these hours may incur additional charges.

    • Disposal fees above the included $300.00 will be billed to the client as extra.

    • Additional labour beyond the three included labourers will be billed at the hourly rate noted above.

    • Quotes and estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection; unforeseen conditions (hazardous materials, concealed structural issues, or significant additional debris) may require revision of the estimate.

    • All prices are subject to applicable Canadian taxes.
